I started my business in December 2009 and I was mainly a Wedding Photographer, before following my dream of opening up my own studio in July 2014 to be a portrait photographer. As a qualified nursery nurse and mum I decided to combine my knowledge of working with babies and children to enhance my photography, I went on several newborn training courses to learn the safe and correct way to pose newborns and I also attained my Newborn Certification in Newborn Safety within The Master Photographers Association.
I am also a Master Photographer and currently hold my Licentiate in Portrait Photography but I do hope to gain my Associate Level within the next year.
When you as a customer comes to a photographer who is a Master Photographer it should automatically give you peace of mind as we go through yearly checks to make sure our Insurances and Health and Safety Policies etc are all up to date.
As well as being a photographer I am also mum to my son McKenzie who is the reason I strive to be the best I can be, so I can give him the lifestyle I think he deserves. As a mum, I know how hard it is to hand over your newborn baby to a stranger, I promise to take extra special care of your little one, as well as being patient with your toddler or your teenager who may be reluctant at getting their photos taken.
Patience, love and understanding is all part of my job to create for you photos to treasure for decades to come.
